Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StudioPilot (https://www.studiopilot.me), an operations platform for salons, spas and studios. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

StudioPilot provides booking, calendar, point-of-sale, customer management, memberships, reporting and a WhatsApp AI assistant. We are an early-stage product and improve it continuously; features may change, and we'll communicate material changes.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team's access.
• You must have the right to store the client data you enter (names, phone numbers, visit history) and to message clients where you do so.

3. Plans & fees

The Free plan includes unlimited stores, up to 300 bookings per month and 50 WhatsApp AI owner queries per month. Premium is billed at US $49 per month with unlimited bookings and staff and 100 WhatsApp AI queries included, with additional usage charged as published on our pricing page. Limits may be enforced technically; sustained excess use on Free may require an upgrade.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or activity, no spam via the WhatsApp features, no attempts to access other tenants' data or to disrupt the service.
• WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business terms; AI features are subject to our providers' acceptable-use policies.

5. Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy, keep tenants isolated from one another, and let you export your data. AI answers are generated from your own business data; verify important figures before relying on them.

6. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or data).

7. Termination

You may stop using StudioPilot at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
