The WhatsApp assistant grew up
The big one this quarter. Message StudioPilot on WhatsApp and ask real questions: "compare May and June revenue", "top customers this month", "who's working tomorrow?". Answers come from your live data, scoped to your business and nobody else's.
Owners and receptionists can go further. The assistant creates and cancels bookings once you confirm the details, and it checks staff availability and conflicts before it commits anything.
A calendar you can run the day from
Day and week views with a column per staff member, click-to-book on any free slot, and colour-coded statuses. Completing an appointment in the Bookings tab records the payment and lands it in Sales on its own. No separate checkout step, which early testers told us was the thing they missed most from their old software.
Memberships, branding and money settings
Memberships are live: create a plan (say 15% off for AED 99/month), assign it to a guest, and the discount applies itself at booking. Settings gained brand configuration for your logo and colours, plus invoice options for currency, VAT and templates. Receipts now print with your brand on them.
And the small things that add up
CSV export of customers and sales for owners. A four-language marketing site with RTL Arabic. Google sign-in, guided onboarding tours, and Help, Privacy and Terms pages a human actually wrote. Tell us what you need next; two of the items above started as owner requests in our support inbox.
Key takeaways
- Ask the WhatsApp assistant for any business number, it's live data
- Owners can book and cancel from WhatsApp with confirmation
- Memberships and brand/invoice settings are ready to use today
